On May 12, Yu Xubo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, along with Gu Jin, Member of the Leading Party Members Group and Deputy General Manager, visited Shenyang to conduct a special survey on "Party Building Work in Mixed-Ownership Enterprises." They received reports on the Party building work from six mixed-ownership enterprises within the China Meheco Group Co., Ltd. (Meheco) system, including Heilongjiang Company. Yu Xubo fully acknowledged the achievements made by various units in reform, development, and Party building, and provided requirements focusing on implementing Party building responsibilities, improving corporate governance structures, strengthening grassroots organizations, and enhancing full and strict governance over the Party.

The main heads of the Group's Office, Collaborative Development Department, and Party-Masses Relationship Department, as well as the heads of relevant Party work departments from secondary companies, participated in the survey.

After the meeting, a temporary Party committee of the regional company in Northeast China held an expanded meeting to promptly convey the spirit of the Group's research seminar on Party building in mixed-ownership enterprises. Committee members from the regional company in Northeast China made statements reflecting the meeting's spirit and their work realities. Everyone expressed the commitment to fully implement the meeting's spirit, conduct specific analyses of existing issues, adapt measures to the needs of different enterprises, and focus on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Party building in mixed-ownership enterprises. This effort aims to contribute significantly to the company's transformation in science, engineering, trade, technology, and service, as well as to the Group's goal of becoming a world-class enterprise.
